Deal boards can now be shared with every team member that has access to the Agency Portal. This helps bring visibility to deal flow and collaboration. However, you can always move a deal from a Shared Deal board to a Personal Deal Board. Mentioned below are steps on how to use a Shared Deal board and move deals back and forth from personal to shared deal board.


Stage Creation:

Only the ADMIN is authorized to create the stages of “Shared Deal-board”. The stages created will remain uniform for all agents.

To create the stages, Admin  - please follow the steps mentioned below.

  1. Through the admin account, click on “Settings” to create stages for a deal.
  2. Click on “Add Stage” to add stages. (same stage names will be viewed by all agents). 

  3. Once the stages are created, they will be available on the deal boards of all users.

Deal-card Creation:

To create a deal-card, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Add deal” button on the deal-board.
  2. Fill in the required details and click save.
  3. Deal Card will be created.
    Please note: Any deal Card created on the “Shared” deal board will be visible to all agents in the agency.
  4. If an agent wishes to move any card to their personal deal board from a shareable deal board, he can do it by: Logging into his account, selecting the specific card he wants to move, then clicking on the three dots and then selecting the option - Move to Personal.
  5. Once moved to personal, they can switch from either “Shared” or “Personal” deal board to view the card.
  6. The agent can also assign the same card to another agent.

Please Note: Deals can also be created by an agent individually, on his Personal deal board by switching from “Shared” to “Personal” and then adding deal cards by following the steps mentioned above.
