This feature basically is about digitizing Quotesheet which was a paper form used by the majority of the agencies. 

We have not only digitized that form but also made it smarter and collaborative. This quotesheet will look for data points that may already be available in our system to auto-populate those fields else will create a common link for Agency staff and prospects to fill this online to reduce manual duplicative effort.

How do you add/access a quote sheet on a deal card? 

Within the expanded Deal Card you can click on the ellipses (...) and Preview the Quotesheet by selecting “Preview Quotesheet”.

The user then selects “Personal” or “Commercial”. After selecting a policy category the user then must select the lines of business they need a Quote Sheet for.

 

Once a line of business is selected and Preview Quotesheet is chosen a unique link is generated where the user can fill in the information regarding the risk they are quoting. Or a user can skip adding information and click “Send Quotesheet” which sends the quote sheet to the prospect. 

 

Furthermore, when the prospect or client adds any information the user/agent will receive an email letting them know when any changes have been made.
