Email Templates are a smart and easy way to standardize communication internally and externally. InsuredMine provides a broad category of an email template, which can be used as-is or modified as needed.

Step 1: Create Email Templates

  1. You can Create, Edit, Delete and Save as many email templates you want. Just click on Add template to create one.
  2. You can update any of the current templates or uploaded any if available or create one from scratch.
  3. From Left Navigation bar - click on Engagement
  4. On Engagement Page - click on Templates
  5. On Templates page - you can add a FOLDER to categories templates by type or just click on add templates to either upload a template or build one from scratch in email editor.

Step 2: Compose Email

Since you have successfully integrated your email account and added templates for your email, you are all set to send emails from InsuredMine Agency Portal.

  1. To Compose Email – You can access email with email inbox in the engagement module from left navigation. 
  2. If you want to use an email template provided by InsuredMine, simply select your option from the drop-down as mentioned by arrow #3.

Step 3: Email/Calendar use in Deal Board

While managing prospects – communication is key. We have integrated email right in the deal board to allow agents and CSR to email prospects about any additional information or just to follow up as needed.

  1. You can either email them by clicking on Send Mail or
  2. Add activity allows you to schedule a call, meeting, tasks, email or lunch for any future date.
